This engaging and thought provoking workshop will give attendees a real-time understanding into behavioral science. This workshop will focus on establishing a new system to define how audiences think, feel and behave to improve marketing and communications effectiveness. Attendees will leave with an action plan regarding how to use their knowledge in behavioral science to better their understanding of the communications industry and their clients.
Designing and Pitching Integrated Marketing Programs to Clients

Operating as an integrated marketing communications agency requires that virtually everyone working on the client’s business be an on-demand strategic thinker, who both understands the business objectives behind the work, and knows how to develop effective communications strategies to support them.
This workshop is designed to give account leaders the ability to view the client’s business through a strategic lens of integration, lead discussions around it and pitch integrated marketing strategies that both inspire great work and map back to the client’s objectives. Participants walk away with a thorough understanding of what it takes to be a more effective strategic consultant to clients, as well as have practical tools that they can apply the next day.

This course will implement an effective and efficient analytics training that delivers an inspirational and engaging experience. It will emphasize and empower an ‘analytic’ mindset, driving engagement to show what is possible in data and analytics in communications for both selling ideas and merchandising results. Attendees will develop an understanding of what is possible with analytics, remove barriers of digital naivety and understand, more practically, what is possible and how to accomplish it across the digital spectrum and develop the knowledge and inspiration agency leaders need in the digitally disrupted world.
