Jenna Gilligan: Has anyone switched from BCBS to Aetna, especially in New England? How does the network/experience compare, in your experience? We’d be moving to an EPO as part of this. (We have an HMO for New England/a PPO for our other 7 states.)
We had BCBS of MA, switched to Harvard Pilgrim, and back to BCBS. We’re also considering UHC, though I understand they have a reputation for being denial-happy.
