People have been the focus of Kristin Cahill’s work in healthcare public relations and also what has kept her at GCI Health for 18 years. Beyond her close relationships with colleagues and doing purposeful work, she has enjoyed constant opportunities to learn and grow – the latest is being named global CEO of this fast-growing agency. In addition to her journey, she shares some of the ways she and her leadership team are supporting the mental health of GCI’s people through the pandemic.

Kristin is a sought-after counselor and thought leader in the industry. She was named to MM&M’s Hall of Femme 2020, PRWeek’s 40 Under 40 List 2018, and was a finalist for PR News’ PR Professional of the Year 2016. However, she is most proud of the multiple times GCI Health has been named a Best Agency to Work. Additionally, Kristin currently serves on the Board of Directors for HealthyWomen.​​ She graduated magna cum laude from Amherst College with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
