This series strengthens the capabilities that matter most in today’s PR environment — strategic thinking\, client stewardship\, people leadership\, communication\, and resilience. \nSession 5: Productive Conflict\nConflict is inevitable\, but how you show up in it makes all the difference. In this module\, we’ll help participants shift from conflict avoidance to confident and productive action. You’ll learn how to recognize the early signs of tension\, understand common conflict triggers\, and approach difficult conversations with clarity and purpose. We’ll introduce the “D.E.F.I.C.I.T.” model\, a practical tool for structuring tough conversations\, and explore strategies to manage emotional responses\, stay grounded\, and move conversations forward with empathy and resolve. Participants will leave with actionable techniques and new language they can use immediately to turn conflict into progress. \n**Participants only need to register once to attend all three sessions.
