SUMMARY:PRC + Strong: Maximizing Impact
DESCRIPTION:The PR Council is partnering with Strong Professional to deliver a full year of leadership and client-development training built specifically for agency teams. This series strengthens the capabilities that matter most in today’s PR environment — strategic thinking\, client stewardship\, people leadership\, communication\, and resilience. \nSession 8: Maximizing Impact on Stakeholder Engagement\, Trust\, and Influence (90 min)\nThe ability for a leader to impact the people around them is critical to the success of any objective or initiative. We’ll talk through three essential skills that leaders can flex to maximize impact in both inspiring and challenging moments. Participants will learn how to create and apply a Stakeholder Engagement Map. Lastly\, we’ll introduce the Cohen-Bradford Influence Model\, an approach to gain momentum from those we seek to influence\, all while fostering relationships.
