KJ is known for crafting bold brand visions, inspiring brave creativity, uncovering unique insights, and delivering innovative, attention-worthy work. A sought-after speaker and instructor, she has shared her expertise at Advertising Week, VCU Brandcenter, Miami Ad School, and more. She was also a mentee in ADWEEK’s 2019 and 2020 Executive Mentor Programs. Passionate about wellness, KJ champions a "wellness-first" leadership style in high-performance creative environments. She will lead a session on this approach at the One Club for Creativity’s February 2025 Creative Leaders Retreat.
