CEO & Leader
Cohorts

CEO Cohorts have become one of the PRC’s most valued benefits since their launch in early 2023. Cohorts consist of 6-8 non-competitive member-firm CEOs and Presidents and provide a confidential setting to share knowledge, discuss challenges and develop ideas.

Based on the popularity of the CEO Cohorts, Leader Cohorts for senior leaders (Managing Directors and SVPs) were launched in 2024.

The commitment to join a cohort is to attend 1-2 in-person meetings and 1-2 virtual meetings annually.

What are PRC Communities?

Our Communities are peer groups for functional leaders inside member agencies. Each Community meets regularly, shares notes and intelligence between meetings, and brings members into focused discussions on whats happening in their function. Communities are confidential and non-competitive by design. 

How are Community topics selected?

Topics are driven by member priorities, emerging industry issues, and challenges identified by Community participants. 

Can members participate in more than one Community?

Yes. Many agency leaders engage in multiple Communities based on their responsibilities and agency goals.

What are the benefits of joining a Community?

Members gain access to peer expertise, practical solutions, industry intelligence, and a trusted network of professionals facing similar challenges. Each Community has a forum in our member portal where Community participants can download the notes from each meeting, ask each other questions, and share resources.  

How is a CEO Cohort different from a Community?

Communities bring together functional leaders across many firms. CEO Cohorts are smaller, curated groups of agency CEOs that meet throughout the year virtually and/or in-personThey’re a trusted sounding board for the high-stakes decisions CEOs face (succession, M&A, AI integration, pricing transformation, scalingetc.). 

What’s the time commitment?

Communities meet on a regular cadence (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly, depending on the group), with optional engagement in between. CEO Cohorts meet a few times a year. The programming is designed to support running the business.
