Stephanie Sage Smirnov is a CEO-turned coach and corporate trainer who specializes in helping people and teams unlock their potential. She brings 25+ years of corporate and agency experience to her practice (including C-suite roles at two award-winning PR agencies), plus wisdom gleaned from 1000+ coaching hours empowering leaders to create more fulfilling professional lives. Before joining Radical Candor as a Senior Coach, Stephanie was Coach-in-Residence at the Lippe Taylor Group where she created and led an internal leadership coaching program that 83% of participants called “professionally game changing.” Earlier roles include head of global corporate communications at Scholastic; managing director of the New York brand practice at Edelman; and U.S. CEO of DeVries Global. Stephanie graduated with honors from Sweet Briar College with a B.A. in Art History and holds a certification in Leading Professional Service Firms from Harvard Business School.
