I’m reaching out to see if anyone has developed or come across any effective roadmaps, toolkits, or frameworks to support employees with ADD/ADHD (or other forms of neurodivergence) in an agency. As we continue to build more inclusive and supportive environments, I’d like to understand how other organizations are approaching setting these employees up for success, from onboarding to career development. Whether it’s structured support plans, coaching programs, or awareness/training initiatives for managers and teams, I’d love to learn what’s worked well in your experience.
