Our firm represents Josue Kevin Salgado (“Plaintiff’), a California consumer whose privacy rights were violated during her recent visit to https://www.XXXXXXXX.com (the “Website”). Forensic analysis confirms the Website actively deploys Linkedln tracking software that constitutes an illegal “trap and trace” device under the California Invasion of Privacy Act (“CIPA”), Cal. Penal Code§ 638.51.
