Hi all, we’re currently reviewing our performance review approach as it relates to parental leave and we’re hoping to know whether a firm has given you helpful guidance on handling performance reviews in connection with parental leave.
For context, we currently administer reviews using Lattice on a twice-a-year schedule. Prior to Lattice, it was easier to consider moving employees review date by the time they were OOO to make up one year of service for all, but now that can pose some challenges with the Lattice system and considering from an equitability standpoint.
