We also use something for all employees we call a WOW doc (ways of working) that prompts employees to talk about the best ways to work and communicate with them (for example, when/where are they most productive, do they work better with background noise/music vs. quiet, do they prefer email, text, call or slack for questions, etc.). It’s not specifically meant for neurodiverse employees, but seems to be helpful by giving them an outlet to share how they work best (without singling them out since everyone fills it out).
