A member inquired about clauses preventing clients from hiring agency employees. Some agencies include a provision requiring clients to pay 30–40% of the employee’s annual salary if they do. While several agencies have enforced such clauses, others prioritize retaining the client and choose not to.

• Reinforcing Non-Solicit/Non-Compete Agreements
With increased turnover, a member asked if leaders are reminding departing employees about their agreements. Some do so during exit interviews, while others provide copies of signed NDAs upon departure.
