Hi everyone! Happy Friday!

We are currently exploring new HRIS platforms and would love to tap this group to hear what you’re using and a little about your experience. Right now, we’re using Namely, but we’re looking to make a change and want an all-in-one solution that can support both HR and finance/payroll.

Some priorities for us on the HR side are: strong performance management capabilities, robust HR metrics and reporting, and good customer service support.

If you’re currently using a system you love, or even one you suggest we avoid, I’d very much appreciate your insights. Our finance team is very interested in Rippling, so anyone who uses them, I’d love to hear from you!! Also, anyone using Reel?
