A small agency is considering changing providers for Safe Harbor 401k. Can anyone share what company they use for this and if they are satisfied with the service/fees/etc.?

We moved not long ago from Voya to T. Rowe Price. Voya didn’t seem particularly interested in keeping our business and T. Rowe gave us a proposal that significantly reduced our costs. Highly recommend they shop around and get some prices. The transition from Voya to T. Rowe took a bit of time and attention but it was generally seamless.

Betterment. We are quite a small firm. We are satisfied. No strong opinion for or against. So, I would say for a 401k provider, that is pretty good.

We use Concierge Retirement Services for at least the past 8 years, happy with them. We revamped our policy a few years back. They are very helpful during the process.
