Bentley Systems (“Bentley”), the infrastructure engineering software company, delivers industry-leading software solutions for the design, construction, and operations of the world’s infrastructure. Bentley has been committed to being a responsible and sustainability-driven company since their founding in 1984.
Hotwire worked with the Bentley team to understand the strategy, objectives, and priorities for each of the key stakeholder audiences, including investors, colleagues, and users. Having multiple audiences consume the report information is common for an ESG report; however, it can present challenges with messaging and positioning.
The Solution
Hotwire leveraged their reporting expertise to narrow in on the outline, plan, and design that would meet the needs of each audience while also delivering a powerful, illustrative story for Bentley. Hotwire came up with an overall narrative and structure for the report that would leverage ESG reporting best practices and highlight Bentley’s unique strategy and point of view. The Hotwire team worked closely with Bentley’s design team to deliver a report aesthetic and layout that was consistent with Bentley’s brand guidelines.
The Result
The result was a 50-page visually stunning report that communicates the diverse, engaged culture of the company and impact-driven projects and partnerships in an engaging and inspiring format that is easy-to-read for all audiences.
