PRC + Strong: Effective Leadership

The PR Council is partnering with Strong Professional to deliver a full year of leadership and client-development training built specifically for agency teams. This series strengthens the capabilities that matter most in today’s PR environment — strategic thinking, client stewardship, people leadership, communication, and resilience.

Session 9: Effective Leadership (120 min)

Many people become “leaders” without truly understanding the process of driving teams or organizations toward desired outcomes. This session will provide participants a simple, compelling process to help leaders get real results. Participants will gain self-awareness about their leadership style and strengths. Each participant will assess their leadership behaviors across three core areas: crafting a vision, building alignment, and championing execution. By combining awareness, learning and action, each participant will reflect on and identify tangible steps forward in their day-to-day leadership styles and actions.
