The Work of Leadership: What It Takes to Lead Clients and Teams is a nine-session virtual program designed to support talent at every stage of their career journey and strengthen the capabilities that matter most in today’s agency environment—strategic thinking, client stewardship, people leadership, communication, and resilience.
The series is structured across three learning tracks:
